You will receive an email with order tracking and updates after this processing time.
Flat-fee shipping is available to most customers globally. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are charged in your local currency where available. The rate and any free-shipping progress are always shown at checkout before you pay.

The Paper Rex Shop does not cover additional duties, taxes, or other fees applied when your order is imported into your country. These vary from country to country.
European Union customers, please note: since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a flat customs duty of €3 per product category on parcels valued under €150. We cover this fee for you - you will not be asked to pay it on delivery. The EU is expected to introduce an additional handling fee of approximately €2 per product category from 1 November 2026; we are monitoring this change and will update this page once the details are confirmed. Local VAT and any courier processing fees still apply per your country's rules, and orders over €150 are charged standard duty rates instead.
