What You'll Need:
- A garment that fits you well (preferably laid flat on a hard surface)
- A measuring tape or ruler
How to Measure:
- Shoulder: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other at the back of the garment

Chest: Lay the garment flat and measure across the chest from one armpit to the other
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam straight down to the end of the sleeve cuff
