Can I get custom name and number printed on my Jersey?
Apologies, but we currently don't provide custom name and number printing services.
From time to time, we will have limited runs of the Official Jerseys with player names and numbers.
Alternatively, if you'd like to print your own personalized name and number, feel free to drop us an email at support@pprx.team, and we'll gladly provide you with the dimensions and fonts we use for our VALORANT roster and you may choose a custom printer of your choice.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For more information, please review ourShipping Policy page.
Are there any limitations on international orders, such as customs duties or import taxes?
Please note that Paper Rex does not cover custom duties and taxes associated with international orders. Any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant authorities to obtain information about potential fees or taxes before placing an international order.
Which couriers do you work with?
We use a wide variety of regional and internationally recognized courier services. In many cases, your last mile delivery will be different from your international courier. Please contact our support for more information on your specific order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to determine if we ship to your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other additional charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

Why is my government ID number required for my shipment?
For tax/duty purposes, the courier companies we work with will require 'National ID/Tax ID' numbers for orders for certain countries. If you're a customer from Indonesia or China we'll get in touch with you via e-mail to inquire about your National ID information needed to process your order.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. We'll be sending your tracking number through EasyParcel, DHL, or Paper Rex Shop. Keep an eye out for it to stay updated on the status of your shipment. Don't forget to check your spam folders as well. Sometimes, important emails containing tracking numbers may end up there.
My order is damaged or missing, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please email our customer support team immediately. Provide us with your order details and any relevant information or photos of the damage. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping as a standard service. However, we occasionally run campaigns where free shipping is provided if the cart size reaches a specific threshold. Stay tuned for our promotional offers to take advantage of these opportunities for free shipping.
What is your return policy?

What payment method do you accept?

Can I request a custom design or personalized item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom orders or personalized items.
Where is your merchandise designed?
Our merchandise is designed in Singapore unless otherwise stated. However, from time to time, we collaborate with partners and designers from other countries.
Can a PRX player or the PRX team sign my merchandise?
We completely understand your enthusiasm for having our team sign your merchandise. However, due to their busy competition schedule, we are unable to accommodate individual signing requests. If you're eager to get your items signed, we welcome you to attend one of our fan meetups.
