What You'll Need:

  • A garment that fits you well (preferably laid flat on a hard surface)
  • A measuring tape or ruler

How to Measure:

  1. Shoulder: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other at the back of the garment
  2. Chest: Lay the garment flat and measure across the chest from one armpit to the other
  3. Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem
  4. Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam straight down to the end of the sleeve cuff

Pro Tips:

  • Always measure garments while they're laid completely flat on a table
  • Keep the measuring tape straight and taut, but not stretched
  • Compare your measurements with our size chart above to find your best fit
